Reserve Acquisitions

The buying arm of the house.

Reserve Acquisitions buys what the house believes in: drinks brands with more life in them than their current owners can give, parcels of stock with clean provenance, and cellars whose keepers are ready to pass them on.

What we buy and how we help

Selling a brand, a parcel or a cellar

Brand acquisitions
Whole or partial acquisition of drinks brands and producers. We buy to build, not to strip: the name, the people and the method are the asset.
Stock parcels
Parcels of fine wine with documented provenance, from single cases to whole consignments. Straight answers on condition, storage history and paperwork.
Cellars, valuations and broking
If you are thinking of selling your wine, we will value the cellar honestly, and either make an offer or broker it on your behalf. Discretion is assumed, not requested.
How we work

Quietly, and in writing.

Every conversation starts private and stays private. We put valuations and offers in writing, we explain how we reached them, and we move at the pace the seller sets. A family house buys the way it would want to be bought from.

The division also carries the group's investment mandate in the drinks sector, so approaches about partnership and capital are welcome alongside outright sale.

Thinking of selling?

Tell the house what you hold: a brand, a parcel or a cellar. You will get a considered reply from a named person, and a valuation if you want one.
